FSF Junior Golf Grant Program

Beginning on July 1, 2009 the Golf Capital of the World license
plate and Junior Golf Grant Program will be placed under the
direction of the Dade Amateur Golf Association. Please forward
all questions regarding the license plate and golf program to
the following contact listed below.
If you
currently have a junior golf program that was given a grant
award under the Florida Sports Foundation before July 1, 2009,
please continue to contact the Foundation during your grant
process to carry out your program and funding.
All grants awarded to junior golf programs under the Florida
Sports Foundation will follow the Foundation's policies and
procedures until the programs are complete and grant awards
paid.

Grant applications will be received and reviewed bi-monthly, with
the first deadline coming on October 31, 2009.

Below please find the
Post-Program report for those that have current grant awarded
programs with the Foundation. It is required for you to fill
out the report within 90 days of the last day of your golf program
to receive the remainder of the grant award. Please mail all
Post-Program Reports with reimbursement information and tag
marketing items to the Florida Sports Foundation
